AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 1 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Sept. 30:
Governor Greg Abbott today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is partnering with the State of Texas and local officials to offer temporary COVID-19 surge testing in McLennan County.
