WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 29:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $2,105,233 from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to support workforce development efforts in West Virginia. This funding was made available through the Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) . . .
