MONTPELIER, Vermont, Sept. 29 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Sept. 28:
On Friday, Governor Phil Scott delivered the traditional adjournment address to both chambers of the Vermont Legislature, commemorating the close of 2019-2020 legislative biennium.
