Today marks the anniversary of the adoption of the Bill of Rights. Pennsylvania has a special place in his historic moment as historians believe seven of the ten amendments that make up the document were originally drafted at the James Bell Tavern in South Central Pennsylvania -- which was torn down in 2016 by John DiSanto through his real estate company, Triple Crown Corpo . . .
