CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 25 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:
As drought conditions persist throughout the state and worsen in parts of New Hampshire, The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) is urging residents to conserve water now, and to report well problems to the state. According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, the entire state remains in drought and 8.5% of the state has now been elevated to D3 . . .
