HELENA, Montana, Sept. 25 -- Montana Attorney General Tim Fox issued the following news release on Sept. 24:
Attorney General Tim Fox today announced a multistate settlement with C.R. Bard, Inc., and its parent company Becton, Dickinson and Company requiring payment of $60 million to 48 states for the deceptive marketing of transvaginal surgical mesh devices.
