WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on Sept. 23:
Today, U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) applauded the announcement of $500,000 in Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) grant funding for the Adams County Board of Commissioners to renovate a former 15,100 square-foot grocery store into a workforce training center. The new training center will include virtual and physical classroom space as well as a virtual job center.
