HELENA, Montana, Sept. 24 -- The Montana Democratic Party issued the following news release:
In response to the recent U.S. Supreme Court vacancy, Lt. Gov. Mike Cooney laid out his plans to protect Montanans' access to quality, affordable health care in the event that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is overturned and Montana's Medicaid expansion is eliminated.
