PHOENIX, Arizona, Sept. 24 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release on Sept. 23:
Today marks one month away from the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL) sign up deadline. PEVL is the list of voters who can vote by mail. More than 80 percent of Arizona voters are already signed up. Everyone on PEVL gets a ballot in the mail a few weeks before Election Day starting on October 7th, and voters can send it back in a prepaid envelope.
