WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-New Hampshire, issued the following news release on Sept. 17:
Today is Constitution Day, which marks the signing of the U.S. Constitution on this day in 1787. This Constitution Day, Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH) is encouraging all Granite Staters to complete the census, which is mandated in Article I, Section II of the Constitution.
