PHOENIX, Arizona, Sept. 18 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release on Sept. 16:
138 Arizonans applied last month to serve on the next Independent Redistricting Commission (IRC). Tomorrow the Commission on Appellate Court Appointments will meet to begin the process of selecting the 25 finalists who will be eligible for appointment to the IRC next year.
Among the 138 applicants are four who have been contracted or employed by the Governor's . . .
