AUGUSTA, Maine, Sept. 12 -- The Maine Democratic Party issued the following news release:
For the last 635 days, Senator Susan Collins has refused to tell Mainers whether she's voting to reelect Donald Trump. But she hasn't always been so cagey about her support for her party's nominee--in fact, she used to argue that it was "typical" for officeholders such as herself to chair the campaigns of the presidential nominee from their party.
