HELENA, Montana, Sept. 11 -- The Montana Democratic Party issued the following news release:

A new report shows that "changes" made to U.S. Postal Service operations, spearheaded by Postmaster General and super-donor Louis DeJoy, have caused "significant delivery delays for mail-order prescription drugs, putting the health of Americans in danger." Data from five major pharmacies and pharmacy benefits managers "reported an increase in average delivery times.& . . .
