LANSING, Michigan, Sept. 9 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release:

Regardless of their age or perceived charitable intentions, aspiring entrepreneurs must still follow the law, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel warned, as her office recently sent a cease and desist letter to a Kalamazoo man for failing to follow through on hundreds of orders for screen-printed T-shirts totaling nearly $38,000 in purchases.
