WESTERVILLE, Ohio, Sept. 9 -- The Ohio Democratic Party issued the following news:
The Ohio Republican Party is welcoming Gov. Kristi Noem on a statewide tour, even as South Dakota has a coronavirus positive testing rate of 22.2 percent -- which means the Ohio Department of Health recommends travelers from that state self-quarantine for 14 days.
