ROANOKE, Virginia, Sept. 9 -- Appalachian Power issued the following news release:
Appalachian Power, a utility subsidiary of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP), has filed its annual fuel factor update with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) and is requesting a reduction in the fuel rate for its Virginia customers.
