HONOLULU, Hawaii, Sept. 9 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release on Sept. 8:
Gov. David Ige announced today that he has appointed Edmund ("Fred") Hyun to serve as the Governor's Special Master to assist in overseeing the State Department of Public Safety.
