CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Sept. 5 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 4:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $1,500,000 from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to replace and extend the Prichard waterline to the Heartland Intermodal Gateway facility (HIG) and the Prichard Industrial Park.
