HELENA, Montana, Sept. 3 -- The Montana Democratic Party issued the following news release on Sept. 2:
Alongside Sen. Jon Tester, Lt. Gov. Mike Cooney released his "Growing Montana" plan this yesterday to support rural communities and struggling farmers and ranchers throughout Montana.
