AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 2 -- The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation issued the following news release on Sept. 1:
Effective today, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) now operates all aspects of Motor Fuel Metering and Quality in Texas.
