ALBANY, New York, Sept. 2 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on Sept. 1:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced two additional states--Alaska and Montana--meet the metrics to qualify for New York State's COVID-19 travel advisory. No areas have been removed.
