STEPHENVILLE, Texas, Aug. 28 -- Tarleton State University issued the following news release:
Dr. Gabriel Cagwin has been named Vice President for Tarleton State University's Division of Institutional Advancement. Currently Chief Business Development Officer at Arizona State University, he begins his new duties in September.
