HELENA, Montana, Aug. 27 -- The Montana Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Last week, the Supreme Court announced it will hear oral arguments for the partisan lawsuit to overturn the Affordable Care Act the week after the November election.
If the lawsuit is successful:
* 112,000 Montanans will have their health coverage ripped away;
* 152,000 Montanans with pre-existing conditions will be vulnerable again to insurance company . . .
