AUGUSTA, Maine, Aug. 22 -- Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap issued the following news release on Aug. 21:
The citizens'-initiated Resolve "To Reject the New England Clean Energy Connect Transmission Project" will not appear on the Nov. 3 ballot, Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap announced today.
The Maine Superior Court today issued its declaratory judgment that this citizens' initiative "fails to meet the constitutional requirements for inclus . . .
