HOUSTON, Texas, Aug. 20 -- The University of Texas's MD Anderson Cancer Center issued the following news release on Aug. 19:
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center today was awarded nearly $9 million from the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) to support research, clinical translation and prevention efforts.
