VICTORIA, Texas, Aug. 20 -- The University of Houston Victoria campus issued the following news release:
Students from the Coastal Bend region who are planning to take honors courses and major in a health-related field this academic year have the opportunity to be awarded a new scholarship at the University of Houston-Victoria.
