Today, as the Supreme Court announced it would hear oral arguments in the GOP's lawsuit to overturn the entire health care law one week after the election, both Senator Kelly Loeffler and Congressman Doug Collins are still standing behind their party's lawsuit that would gut critical protections for 1.8 million Georgians with pre-existing conditions.
