ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Aug. 19 -- Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison issued the following news on Aug. 18:
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison announced that Minnesota has joined a coalition of 14 states that will file a federal lawsuit later today challenging drastic operational changes at the U.S. Postal Service that threaten critical mail delivery and could undermine the state and national election in November.
