AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 19 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document on Aug. 18:
Tonight, day two of the Democratic National Convention State Representative Victoria Neave and Congressman Colin Allred will take the main stage at the convention to share the Democratic vision for the state and the country.
Both Neave and Allred have been named by the DNC as "Rising Stars" within the party.
