CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 13 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission issued the following order suspending tariff (No. 26,393):

ATKINSON AREA WASTEWATER RECYCLING, INC. Request for Change in Rates and Request for Waiver of Certain Puc 1604.01 Requirements.
