WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced a $1,500,000 grant from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to the City of Kenova for the Prichard Waterline Replacement and Extension Project.
