COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 13 -- The Ohio Democratic Party issued the following news on Aug. 12:
After stonewalling for weeks by requesting and then awaiting a completely unnecessary legal opinion from fellow Republican Attorney General Dave Yost, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose apparently didn't need the legal opinion after all, as he issued a directive today banning county boards of elections from providing multiple secure dropboxes for voters to return their absentee ballots. . . .
