COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 12 -- American Electric Power Corp. issued the following news release on Aug. 11:
American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) today announced that the company has priced its offering of 15 million equity units or $750 million stated amount. The transaction is expected to close Aug. 14, subject to customary closing conditions.
