HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Aug. 8 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following statement on Aug. 7 by spokesperson Andres Anzola:

Today, the Bureau of Labor statistics released its July jobs report which exposed that over 16 million Americans are still out of work and the unemployment rate remains above 10 percent.
