Yesterday, news surfaced that Kansas Speaker Ron Ryckman was hospitalized for COVID-19 in July. Shortly after being discharged from the hospital, Speaker Ryckman attended a State Finance Council Meeting with other Legislators and the Governor; however, Speaker Ryckman and his staff only disclosed information pertaining to his diagnosis with Republic . . .
