LANSING, Michigan, Aug. 8 -- Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Michigan, issued the following news release on Aug. 7:

Governor Gretchen Whitmer today announced the following appointments to the Michigan Board of Accountancy, Michigan Board of Audiology, Certificate of Need Commission, Michigan State Transportation Commission, Early Childhood Investment Corporation Executive Committee, and the Health Information Technology Commission.
