WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- The Democratic Governors Association issued the following news on Aug. 6:
Montana voters have rejected a statewide sales tax twice, but New Jersey millionaire Greg Gianforte doesn't care. He thinks "the fairest tax is the one you pay and I don't." Gianforte even lied to Montanans about his support for a sales tax despite being on record saying a statewide sales tax is an "ideal solution."
