Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut congratulates Michelle Morton-Curit of Exeter High School and Susan Downer of Souhegan High School on being named this year's recipients of the Presidential Excellence Awards in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST). Established in 1983, PAEMST is the highest award given by the U.S. Government to kindergarten through 12th grade . . .
