CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Aug. 5 -- Appalachian Power issued the following joint news release:
The Robert C. Byrd Institute at Marshall University has partnered with Appalachian Power to conduct a workforce assessment and skills analysis for a 23-county region in West Virginia.
