Today, the Democratic Party of Georgia announced that it is filing a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics against Congressman Doug Collins for his repeated use of footage from the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives for political purposes as part of his Senate campaign, a direct violation of House rules.
