TRENTON, New Jersey, Aug. 4 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Aug. 3:
Governor Phil Murphy today announced the decrease of indoor gathering capacity limit in response to the increase of COVID-19 cases in New Jersey.
