PHOENIX, Arizona, Aug. 4 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Arizona Democrats are outperforming 2016 early primary ballot returns in every county. While Democrats have increased their voter turnout percentages in all 15 counties, the same cannot be said for the AZGOP.
So far Republicans are seeing 8 counties perform in the negative.
