Congresswoman Abby Finkenauer (IA-01) on Wednesday helped pass the bipartisan Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (WRDA) through the House. The legislation passed the House on a bipartisan voice vote. Finkenauer helped develop the legislation in the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee where it was passed with unanimous bipartisan support.
