CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 29 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release:
Early July's featured "Fugitive of the Week," Ricky Alan Davis Jr. self-surrendered to the Strafford County Sheriff's Office yesterday.
