HOLYOKE, Massachusetts, July 29 -- ISO New England issued the following joint release:
On July 27, ISO New England and the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) filed a proposal with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to add 30 minutes to the submission window for the Day-Ahead Energy Market.
The window, which currently closes at 10 a.m. each day, would extend to 10:30 a.m. if FERC approves the change.
The ISO will still be required to clear the mar . . .
