ATLANTA, Georgia, July 29 -- The Democratic Party of Georgia issued the following news release:
A new poll from PPP showed that an overwhelming majority of Georgia voters want Congress to provide federal relief for state and local governments -- even as Georgia Republicans still won't back this badly needed aid and Senate Republicans "opted against including new funding for state and local governments" in their recently released coronavirus relief package.
