HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 25 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following statement on July 24 by spokesperson Andres Anzola ahead of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson's visit to the state to discuss foster youth initiatives:
