As the July 31 expiration date of the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) program rapidly approaches, Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard E. Neal (D-MA) reiterated that the Senate must follow the House's lead, extend the full $600 benefit beyond the end of the month, and do so swiftly to avoid any lapse in assistance for vulnerable Americans who cannot yet safely . . .
