The Libertarian Party is dismayed at the decision handed down by a federal court in Pennsylvania last week denying ballot access relief to minor parties.
On July 14 the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania released its decision to deny an emergency motion for a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction sought by the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvan . . .
