COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 22 -- The Ohio Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chairman David Pepper in response to vice president Joe Biden releasing his "Plan for Mobilizing American Talent and Heart to Create a 21st Century Caregiving and Education Workforce":

"Donald Trump promised Ohioans he would deliver on child care for working families.

"Instead, he turned his back on them and funnelled billions to his ultra-wealthy friends.
